Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

 

General

 

  • Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Site/cabin preference is requested but not guaranteed.
  • Cabin linen is provided for all paid guests and made up on the main bed only.
  • You must be over 18 years of age confirm a booking with us, if you are not accompanied by a parent.
  • Late departure fee - Unless alternative arrangements have been made with the park managers, occupancy exceeding the above stated hours will be charged as an additional day.
  • Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per Australian Standards
  • Pets are permitted in some of our parks, please visit the individual holiday park page.

 

Rates

All reservations made online must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rates are based on 2 adults- fees apply for additional occupants. Prices are GST inclusive and are valid from 1st February 2017, and expire on the 31st January 2018.

Cabin/Site Bookings

 

Christmas & Easter School Holiday Peak Season:

 

Minimum bookings may apply at some Inland Waters Holiday Parks during peak periods. Please refer to the individual parks for further information.

 

Cabin/Site Allocation

 

Cabin and site allocation is at Holiday Park Manager’s discretion. Cabins/site preference can be requested but no guarantee of a particular cabin/site is given to a customer.

 

Payments for Bookings

 

  • Christmas - sites – $50.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 30 October each year by cheque, cash, Eftpos or credit card.
  • Christmas - cabins – $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 30 October each year by cheque, cash, Eftpos or credit card.
  • Easter - sites – $50.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 28 February each year by cheque, cash, Eftpos or credit card.
  • Easter - cabins – $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 28 February each year by cheque, cash, Eftpos or credit card. Alternatively a credit card authorisation can be taken which will be debited in the event of cancellation.
  • Off peak – sites – $50.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival.
  • Off peak – cabins - $50.00 deposit at the time of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival.

 

Refund Policy

 

2.1.0 Off-peak periods

 

2.1.1 Where at least seven (7) days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be eligible for either option below;

Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking. Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be kept the whole deposit is lost. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original bookings arrival date.

Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $30.00 Administration Fee.

2.1.2 Where less than seven (7) days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be eligible for a refund less the first nights accommodation fee.

 

2.2.0 Shoulder periods

 

2.2.1 Where at least 14 days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be eligible for either option below;

Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking. Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be kept the whole deposit is lost. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original bookings arrival date.

Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $30.00 Administration Fee.

2.2.2 Where less than 14 days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given and the site or cabin is rebooked then Option A or Option B above apply for the nights rebooked. If the site is not rebooked deposits or prepayments will not be refunded. Guests must enquire with the park after the cancelled reservation departure date to confirm the eligibility for a refund.

 

2.3.0 Peak periods

 

2.3.1 Where at least 28 days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be eligible for either option below;

 

Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking. Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be kept the whole deposit is lost. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original bookings arrival date.

Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $30.00 Administration Fee.

2.3.2 Where less than 28 days written notice of cancellation of the booking has been given and the site or cabin is rebooked then Option A or Option B above apply for the nights rebooked. If the site is not rebooked no refund will be paid.

 

2.4.0 Compassionate Grounds

 

2.4.1 Customers can write to the Trust requesting a refund for cancellation of booking due to sickness or death. Your request will be assessed by the Operations Manager to determine whether a refund will be given. It is recommended that upon cancelling the booking you notify the Park Manager of your reason to support your case.

2.4.2 In certain compassionate circumstances Park Managers can waive the administration fee.

2.4.3 IWHP Trust staff has the right to waive the administration fee.

 

2.5.0 Emergencies

 

2.5.1 In the event of flooding and the SES has recommended moving to higher ground a refund will be given for nights paid and not stayed. Otherwise it is the Park Managers discretion to determine whether a refund should be provided.

Winter Colouring In Competition

 

  • Entry is open to holiday park guests aged 5 to 16 years of age who are staying at participating North Coast Holiday Parks, South Coast Holiday parks or Inland Waters Holiday Parks during the competition period. Employees (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with the promotor are ineligible to enter.
  • Competition duration is at Park Manager’s discretion between 9:00am AEST on 24/06/2017 and 11:59pm AEDST on 14/07/2017.
  • Only entries that fulfill the criteria of the competition will be eligible. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  • The winner is determined by completing the entry form in full and either having the BEST colouring-in submitted or the BEST answer to the entry form question ‘what is the BEST thing about camping or caravanning in NSW?’. Entries must be given to a Park Manager to be valid.
  • Entries will be judged by Park Manager’s following competition with prizes to be given whilst guests are on site.
  • Winners will be notified when staying at the park. In the instance where winners have left they will be notified by phone and prizes will be mailed by Park Managers.
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any prizes lost are not the responsibility of The Promoter.
  • There will be two (2) winners per Holiday Park. One (1) aged up to 9 years who will receive the Lego City (60117) prize valued at A$28.00 (depending on availability). One (1) aged from 10 years up to 16 years will receive the Lego Creator (31052) prize valued at A$99.00 (depending on availability).
  • Where Lego sets no longer available, winners will receive the limited edition “Let’s Go Caravan & Camping” Monopoly valued at $39.99.
